As the Brazilian Account Executive (Part Time Contract), you will be responsible for acquiring new instructors. Your role will be to develop partnerships with individual experts to bring new courses to Udemy -- courses that will make a difference from a quality, revenue contribution and new student acquisition perspective!  

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious “hunter and closer” who has an expansive network in Brazil to connect quickly with potential instructors, initiate the conversation about the benefits of teaching online, and get the commitment of creating courses on Udemy.

To succeed in this entrepreneurial role, you will need to be in Brazil (preferably in Sao Paulo)  and work closely with our team responsible for the Portuguese market. As our person on the ground, you’ll follow trends in the market, identify game-changing instructors, and provide valuable market insights.

  • Prospect, develop, nurture and close new experts to teach courses on Udemy.
  • Build, manage, and track a strong pipeline of instructor leads in Salesforce.
  • Come up with creative initiatives that will make a difference in your content acquisition efforts. Test them out, measure, scale or rule out. Repeat.


  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven track record of success in relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or business development related field.
  • Domain expertise and understanding of trends in the area of software development, IT, Business and Design.
  • Amazing client management, business communication and relationship building skills.
  • Self-starter and highly empathetic, with an ability to listen and define solutions.
  • A passion for online education and consumer internet products.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and sales prospecting tools preferred.


Udemy is based in San Francisco, but the work of this contract position will be done remotely in Brazil. However, we’d still love for you to embrace our mission, culture, philosophies, and team.
