Your Role at Lantern:

As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with Lantern’s design, content, and engineering teams to develop products and features that fundamentally improve the way people access mental health care. You’ll lead initiatives for defining and delivering features that move key business metrics, and you’ll take pride in shipping high quality technology on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that new features and stories are completed comprehensively and on time
  • Facilitate sprint planning
  • Coordinate QA processes
  • Analyze user data
  • Monitor key KPIs and performance of released features  
  • Synthesize feedback from users, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap prioritization
  • Update and maintain Product Roadmap
  • Monitor and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
  • General project management for new feature development
  • Coordinate beta programs and roll-out strategies, recruit beta users, gather and synthesize feedback
  • Facilitate product training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate feature development timelines to internal stakeholders

Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a technology company
  • Demonstrated specialty in one of the following areas: quality assurance, data analysis, technical project management, UX design, implementation management
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and humility, as this role requires cross-functional collaboration in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities
  • Strong familiarity with software development processes, including agile development
  • Experience and/or interest in mental health
