What You'll Do

Part strategist part digital technologist, as the Services representative the Strategic Consultant works directly with our biggest customers in partnership with Product, Solution Consultants, Partners, and Sales teams to design and deliver solutions built on their programs and vision for the connected customer.  

To be successful in the role you will need to be a team-playing individual contributor – producing materials and thought leadership to convince customers and develop complex digital transformation projects that contain any of technology, business, and/or change management components.

Strategic Consultants help define critical business and technology requirements, associated program plans, and success metrics for implementation of the sprinklr platform.  This person will skilfully carry out these steps from the sales cycle to services program development and delivery, enabling clarity in both the business opportunities customers face as well as how our platform and services can add value.  

Additionally, Strategic Consultants act as thought leaders and advisors, providing forward-thinking ideas & plans for how organizations can optimize their programs to audiences ranging from hands-on platform users to executives.        


What Are Your Responsibilities

  • Work alongside enablement consultants, analysts, and service delivery managers to ensure the best use of the Sprinklr platform aligned to a customer’s business goals and needs
  • Lead customer discovery and development of program planning deliverables, for large customers, leveraging best practices in both sprinklr and strategic program execution
  • Assist in the sales cycle by clearly articulating how our platform meets current customer needs and pain points and their evolution – speaking to the brand capabilities required to create and capture value from their customers
  • Guide technology decisions relative to the Sprinklr architecture including integration with other systems and serve as subject matter expert and design resource to others
  • Attend and assist in executive business reviews and critical customer meetings to continuously align strategy with platform use and track Sprinklr program progress
  • Participate in practice development, including creation of additional go-to-market offerings and where greater value can be created within the services organization
  • Develop relationships across the key teams involved in the successful onboarding of Sprinklr customers, educating and marketing offerings where needed
  • Instil a consultative approach across the services organization, helping to train and mentor team members



Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise software delivery & proposal definition
  • At least 5 years of experience in business consulting or services delivery; MBA a plus
  • Passion for the customer experience and how companies must shift from a brand-centric to customer-centric approach to be successful
  • Comfortable presenting to customers at all levels; exceptional written and verbal communications as well as listening skills
  • Commitment to client delight and resolving client challenges
  • Strong technical background
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment both independently and as a member of a team
