What You'll Do
Part strategist part digital technologist, as the Services representative the Strategic Consultant works directly with our biggest customers in partnership with Product, Solution Consultants, Partners, and Sales teams to design and deliver solutions built on their programs and vision for the connected customer.
To be successful in the role you will need to be a team-playing individual contributor – producing materials and thought leadership to convince customers and develop complex digital transformation projects that contain any of technology, business, and/or change management components.
Strategic Consultants help define critical business and technology requirements, associated program plans, and success metrics for implementation of the sprinklr platform. This person will skillfully carry out these steps from the sales cycle to services program development and delivery, enabling clarity in both the business opportunities customers face as well as how our platform and services can add value.
Additionally, Strategic Consultants act as thought leaders and advisors, providing forward-thinking ideas & plans for how organizations can optimize their programs to audiences ranging from hands-on platform users to executives.
