Blue Jeans Network is adding an ANZ (Australia/NZ) Channel Sales Manager to the team, based in Sydney or Melbourne.  Reporting to the Director of APAC, this position will be responsible for working with ANZ partners, building partner mindshare/capability, co-selling with partners, and ultimately driving Channel bookings. The right candidate will be a highly-energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task.  As is typical with start-ups, this role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have the ability to act independently in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company. This position has significant upside opportunity in expanding role & responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create mindshare and enable new & existing channel partners to position & sell Blue Jeans service
  • Co-sell with partners to drive bookings results (both in SMB & Enterprise)
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners
  • Develop programs for growing/nurturing channel partners
  • Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Act as Sales Manager for Channel opportunities
  • Meet/Exceed Channel Sales Quota
  • Manage partner relationships at the executive level and in the field
  • Define/drive improvements to the channel sales process
  • Drive relevancy and alignment with C-Level Executives
  • Collaborate with direct sales, business development, marketing, product management and engineering to facilitate new programs, offerings, and initiatives to drive channel success
  • Create & Execute GTM Channel Sales plans for partners in ANZ



  • 8-10+ years of SaaS and/or Video Sales Success (both Channels & Direct)
  • 5+ years’ experience directly managing channel partners and/or partner programs
  • Highly Motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry
  • Deliver professional & compelling sales pitch at the C-level (solution selling/business process improvement approach)
  • Aggressively leverages the channel to hunt for new sales opportunities
  • Ability to take communicate value of Blue Jeans’ products in a clear and succinct manner; and teach partners to do the same
  • Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently
  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect
  • BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Must reside Sydney or Melbourne
