The Renewal Advisory team is a recent addition to the Renewals team at Box, focused on scaling how we drive both retention and expansion during our clients' renewal period. As a Renewals Advisor, you will be responsible for sifting through a large portfolio of accounts, spotting and testing upsell trends within these accounts, and building strategies and implementing programs using that data to drive expansion within these accounts at a mass scale. This role is all about working smarter - not harder - to engage and upsell our customers. We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, analytical, and agile individual who can draw insights from client interactions and account data to make recommendations and implement improvements to the Renewals program. The Renewals Advisor has the potential to impact not just the Renewals organization but Sales as a whole. Manage a portfolio of renewals to achieve individuals goals on a monthly basis.
Engage with a high volume of customers via phone, email, and webinars to drive expansion and retention.
Produce and deliver high level webinars that are presented to multiple customers at once yet able to compel individual clients to want to expand their use of Box.
Maintain reports and SFDC to track interactions with customers.
Analyze data to determine how to refine processes and programs according to previous results and trends.
Coordinate renewals from contract creation to contract close by working with Account Executives, the Customer Advisory team, Finance, SalesOps, and Legal.
4 year degree required.
A minimum of two years experience in renewals, sales, account management, customer success, or anequivalent customer-facing role.
Comfortable interacting with a high volume of customers over a variety of mediums (phone, email, webinars).
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel.
Experience with demoing software and building webinars is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
