Associate Manager, Digital Partnerships

DESCRIPTION

Away is seeking a marketing manager to develop and execute a pipeline of media partnerships with a variety of digital publishers, bloggers, and other content creators to drive awareness and revenue. The right candidate is excited to be an early employee at a new venture-backed consumer brand and is eager to take on an array of responsibilities. This position is based out of our headquarters in SoHo, New York City.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll do:

  • Establish relationships with a variety of media partners, evaluate potential partnerships, and negotiate deals that will provide Away with compelling revenue opportunities at a high efficiency, including (but not limited to) sponsored editorial, blog posts, emails, and YouTube videos, as well as select direct display buys
  • Oversee our affiliate network strategy, including network selection and onboarding
  • Develop
  • Work closely with the rest of the acquisition marketing, PR, and influencer / social teams to ensure all outreach efforts are coordinated
  • Evaluate partnership performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Create a framework for measuring success across a variety of negotiated partnerships

Who you are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Prior e-commerce experience highly preferred
  • Have extensive experience negotiating media contracts with a variety of counterparties, from large media companies to small bloggers
  • Acronyms like CPM, CPA, CPC, CPE, and CPV are music to your ears
  • Hungry to contribute to the growth of a fast-moving startup
  • Love to travel (but that's a given)
