PeopleDoc is looking for a high-performing HR Implementation Project Manager to help us meet our ambitious client support and growth objectives in our Stuttgart office.

PeopleDoc Project HR Implementation Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple HR document file management solution implementations simultaneously, and serve as primary points of client contact.

The ideal candidate for this role will come from the IT / HR or consulting space. He/she will be highly organized and familiar with HR, payroll, benefits management and recruitment processes. Experience using or implementing SaaS or in-house systems such as ADP, Peoplesoft, Oracle HCM, SAP HRIS, SuccessFactors, Paychex, Taleo, or document management systems such as OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, and Filenet is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Manage the full project life-cycle implementation
  • Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards
  • Configure the application based off of client specifications
  • Design and conduct the user acceptance tests
  • Measure project success and identify improvements needed
  • Gather new feature expectations from clients and share them with the product team
  • Experience working with global remotes teams

Competencies required:

  • Strong oral and written communications. Fluency in English is a must
  • Deep functional knowledge of digitalizing processes and workflows
  • Must be committed to delivering high quality work to the client
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
  • Self driven and ability to learn products autonomously
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused solutions
  • Excellent client presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Expected travel up to 15% per month
  • Has 2-5 years project management experience
