The IT Support Technician is responsible for prioritizing and ensuring prompt delivery of all needs and requests directed to the Corporate IT department. Regular activities include configuring new equipment, installing necessary updates and responding to end-user requests. The IT Support Technician is also responsible for the primary server and network routine maintenance and upgrades. This position is part-time (~24 hours/week) and reports directly to the Company’s Director of Technical Operations and is based at the Company’s headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
