The Trust and Safety team has the critical responsibility of protecting Credit Karma's members by securing our online processes and preventing online fraud and abuse throughout the Credit Karma product suite. You will work cross-functionally with developers and Product Managers to navigate challenging online safety situations and handle abuse and fraud cases. You will create policies, improve processes, and look at our systems with a critical eye. Above all, you'll work hard to keep our members' data safe, secure, and private. You will work with industry and government to raise the bar - fighting fraud and abuse across boundaries. You will serve as the subject matter expert for fraud at Credit Karma.
