Managing Director focus Sales Americas (m/f) - USA
As a Managing Director focus Sales Americas (m/f) you will start at UiPath by getting to know the company in detail. You will have to spend some time (approx. 1 month) either in Bucharest or London to get a good understanding of the company culture and to get to know the employees. Afterwards you will be responsible for building up the entire US branch which includes deciding which location and office would be appropriate. You will then be able to build up your own Sales team (planned are 10-20 new Sales Representatives within the next couple of months) and set up a company structure and strategy for the future. Furthermore you will still work hands-on on important deals, this includes e.g. managing alliances with service providers, work on bigger RFPs etc.
