As a manager you are responsible for engaging, motivating and coaching your team. You will be working closely with many parts of the NetEnt organization. The team is part of Casino Operations and you will report to Head of Casino Operations.
As Manager for Continuous Delivery Casino you will play a crucial role in terms of making sure that we take our service offering to the next level and that NetEnt can continue to drive the digital casino market.
Ensuring high quality, cost-efficiency and enabling others to excel is the core focus for the team.
You will be responsible for creating a innovate, engaging and challenging work environment for the team in order to develop the individuals within and attract new awesome people.
To excel in this role you will need to have true leadership abilities with a keen understanding of what motivates people.
Since our working language is English, high proficiency in English, written and oral, paired with skills in clear effective communication is a must.
You are a straight-forward communicator, committed to continuous learning and development both for yourself and for your team members. You are confident in leadership skills and know the importance of being a role model.
You have a strong analytical mind and can efficiently prioritize between different demands and tasks. You work proactively and have a strong customer focus.
