Account Coordinator

Placed, the leader in location-driven insights and mobile ad intelligence, is looking for an Account Coordinator to help with various marketing and operations responsibilities in its Seattle office.

This is an entry-level position supporting all members of our account management function; we see this as a huge opportunity to join a quickly growing tech startup in the mobile/location industry, learn the business from the ground up and move into an Account Manager role over time. This will be an hourly position where core hours are approximately 8:30am to 6pm (hourly with regular overtime).

As an Account Coordinator at Placed, you will need to be bright, hard-working, eager to learn and willing to roll your sleeves up to get any job done. Direct professional knowledge in the space isn’t required, but you should have a strong personal interest in the mobile and location sector. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills who will take the initiative to solve problems creatively and see their projects through to completion with minimal supervision.

As an Account Coordinator at Placed, you will:

  • Provide internal support for the Account Management team as they deal with external customers and partners
  • Generate reports reflecting campaign and partner performance
  • Reconcile billing and invoices related to ad campaigns
  • Project management – track incoming deal requests and ensure that client deliverables are completed on time and according to scope
  • Manage projected revenue based on incoming deals
  • Manage customer support queue, answering questions and helping to solve customer issues in a timely and respectful manner
  • Assist with client decks and presentations
  • Various one-off research projects and administrative support tasks

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree (Advertising, Communications, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred)
  • Have strong Microsoft Excel experience (should be able to do pivot tables and v-lookups easily)
  • Have 1+ year of office environment experience (internships okay)
  • Enjoy playing with numbers and analyzing data and/or have an interest in the analytics realm
  • Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills
