As a Customer Operations Associate, Vendors (COAV), you will be on the frontlines of support for specialized vendor knowledge. As a key member of the customer support team, COAVs are expected to maintain MZ’s culture of excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of their work.
Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education, and resolution, COAVs will be required to provide innovative and exceptional ticket management as it relates to policy. From account disputes resolution, inappropriate in-game communication (chat) investigations, and more. As a member of MZ’s Policy Vendor Team you will be the TOU Subject Matter Expert.
