We are looking for a super smart and passionate individual to join our Data Science team as an Analyst working along side our Data Scientists with the Sales, Product and Customer Success teams. Inthis role, you will own the relationship with the leadership managing these areas, from identifying key success metrics to drivinganalytical insight into product recommendations and actions. You are a self-starterwith a demonstrated background in analytics and large datasets, experience communicatingwith diverse cross-functional teams, a passion to learn data science and a strong potential for growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide actionable insights into the business performance ofour data science initiatives, identify hypotheses to evaluate and prioritize businessopportunities.
Test your recommendations in a hypothesis-lead, data-driven manner. This includes leveraging large amounts ofdisparate data sources to perform analytical deep-dives and designing and managing A/B or multivariate testing programs.
Report against your initiatives by identifying key metrics and buildingexecutive-facing dashboards to track business progress and assess core projects.
Working hand‐in‐hand with out Data Scientists serve as a thought partner for senior executives to clearly translate insights into actions and businesspriorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You've got work experience in aproduct setting andthe ability to take ambiguous problems and solvethem in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way.
You've proven yourself as a trusted business partner with exceptionalbusiness and communication skills.
Your analytics skills are strong, including 1+ years of experience with analytics. You have a keen interest in data science and want to learn more.
Youhave significant experience with SQL and Tableau. Familiarity with Python, R and Unix is a major plus.
You've got a strong education from top-tier institutions. Masters or PhD would be aplus.
