About the job

What we're looking for

  • Management of a team up to ten Customer Care Agents 
  • Self-reliant process of feedback and goal setting talks with the team members 
  • Planning and implementation of ongoing team development actions suchs as workshops in cooperation with the Customer Care Trainer
  • Set-up and audit of the staff- and shiftplan
  • Responsibility for planning and on-time implementation of our Service Level Agreements
  • Ongoing review and optimization of internal work-flows  
  • You successfully passend an apprenticeship in the insurance sector or you hold a comparable university degree
  • You gained at least two years experience in leading and motivating a team 
  • You are quick in comprehension and have a very fast mind-set
  • You are highly self-organized, very proactive and hands-on  
  • You are communicative as well as very good in motivating teams
  • You are fluent in English and in one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
