Matterport is looking for an entry level customer/technical support specialist to assist with incoming support requests.
Our heavy volume of inbound requests to purchase product, ask questions and request training assistance requires a person with great customer service skills to sort these and direct them to the right person. This is not a receptionist position but a role for someone that is technically savvy, able to do extreme multitasking and keep a smile during times of stress. Attention to detail is important, as is a track record of success in previous roles.
Experience in a technical support or customer service environment for a consumer electronics company preferred.
