We're a young company already earning acclaim across sport, business and education with a unique product and a brilliant set of partners including the FA and Premier League, the International Olympics Committee, Sky, Halma, Innogy and Arch Apprentices and Graduates. We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our vibrant and expanding team. The Programme Manager will be commercially astute, diligent and consultative in their approach to clients and Hive Learning’s product suite. Responsibilities include:

Project Management

  • Supporting the Programme Directors in developing commercial relationships with Hive Learning’s key strategic partners
  • Managing peer and community groups from business sectors in Hive and helping users to get the most out of the platform.
  • Working independently and facing up to problems with a solution
  • Creating/curating content to inspire our users to continue using Hive.
  • Consultancy services around the Hive product e.g. blueprint designs
  • Developing and testing key learning and engagement strategies
  • Owning key deliverables and targets and reporting on these to key client stakeholders

Account Management

  • Forming, maintaining and executing strategic account plans
  • Analysis and review of delivery process on key clients to identify key learnings and inform ongoing success
  • Building  and maintaining strong lasting relationships with clients

Business Development

  • Work alongside sales to create pitch documents and be involved in the business development process.
  • Presenting and demoing Hive and confidently talking about relevant use cases

Desired Skills and Experience

You are a rounded commercial professional with account management experience. You are extremely organised, work well within a team and feel comfortable managing projects on your own. You are solution driven – always looking to achieve client targets as well as your own. You take initiative even when it is not asked of you and you are always ready to get stuck in!

You understand sales processes, what drives them and how to influence it to drive revenue and growth.

You are a natural and comfortable presenter and confident voicing your opinions. You are enthused by the opportunity to join a ground-breaking and ambitious start-up, creating new processes, consultancy materials and sales documentation from scratch.
