What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Help Team Leader, you will utilise products and systems knowledge, and your superstar customer service skills to champion a great customer experience! You will be called to help our amazing community of creative customers in troubleshooting and resolving their enquiries. You will achieve these outcomes in line with Envato’s Values.
You’ll be working remotely in this role, so time management and the ability to work autonomy is essential to ensure deadlines are met and the customer has a wiz bang experience. We require someone to be flexible with their working hours, for meetings and training, due to the difference in time zones across the team. There will also be regular weekend work.
We use Slack and Google Hangouts to communicate and keep in touch with our teammates around the world, as well as with the HQ staff based in Melbourne, Australia. Because of this, a high level of written communication is a must, as well as a keen understanding of the nature of online interactions.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar customer service role and preferably experience working remotely and within the tech and/or intellectual property industry.
