Research is a critical part of our product development process. It helps us understand how people use our products. About this position:
Our UX Research team is looking for a mid-level UX Researcher. Working closely with the UX Research Director, you will working on research initiatives that support the Product, Design, Support and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for finding answers, whether they come from qualitative projects or surveys. You’re a data storyteller who can complement qualitative findings with statistical rigor, build relationships with cross-departmental teams, and advocate for a deeply informed future for Foursquare.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong consumer research skills through both qualitative and quantitative methods and have the ability to present research findings to various stakeholders and departments. You should be excited to own Foursquare’s survey capabilities and independently and proactively manage any research channels as they pertain to shaping the Foursquare product experience.
