The Marketing Insight Analyst is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing SimilarWeb’s data to derive actionable and compelling insights for our current and potential clients. The Marketing insights analyst is a central member of a team, comprised of writers and data visualization experts, who work together to deliver insight driven and visual marketing content in various formats.

  • Research and analyze the competitive environment, digital strategies, opportunities and trends of SimilarWeb’s strategic verticals.
  • See beyond the numbers. Draw actionable insights and turn them into compelling insight driven stories.
  • Lead and create new analysis methodologies to scale and produce more actionable insights
  • Create new engaging and periodical formats to improve the way we communicate our insights.
  • Validity of the data reported

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Marketing Analyst in an Internet/Online company – Must
  • Strong analytical skills – Must
  • Exceptional attention to details - Must
  • Storytelling capabilities – ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex issues in simple ways
  • Ability to ask as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions
  • Team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Applied Excel (not just pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and IFS), Knowledge of SQL
