Part Time Office Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Overall responsibility for the logistic and administrative day to day work of the office
  • Serve as PA for the CCO
  • Plan and maintain office budget.
  • Take an active part in new joiners on boarding process.
  • Help plan and execute the wellbeing plan for the office.
  • Responsibility over travel .
  • Responsibility over attendance management – vacation & sick days for salary purposes.
  • Logistics responsibility – including being in touch with vendors, be responsible for the purchases made and take care of the getting invoices .
  • Taking care of expenses reports .
  • Working with marketing team to manage promotional items and supplies for US trade shows.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree
  • 2-3 years of experience as  an office manager/administrative
  • Experienced in Google for Work products
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Pleasant professional approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
