- Overall responsibility for the logistic and administrative day to day work of the office
- Serve as PA for the CCO
- Plan and maintain office budget.
- Take an active part in new joiners on boarding process.
- Help plan and execute the wellbeing plan for the office.
- Responsibility over travel .
- Responsibility over attendance management – vacation & sick days for salary purposes.
- Logistics responsibility – including being in touch with vendors, be responsible for the purchases made and take care of the getting invoices .
- Taking care of expenses reports .
- Working with marketing team to manage promotional items and supplies for US trade shows.
- BA degree
- 2-3 years of experience as an office manager/administrative
- Experienced in Google for Work products
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- Pleasant professional approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
