Content Marketing Manager

AdRoll is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in building a forward-thinking content program that educates, entertains, and converts our target audiences. As a perfect fit in this role, you're up to date on all things advertising, technology, and business, and believe in the power of compelling content as a key component in the technology customer buying cycle.

As an all-star in Content Marketing, you will jump right in; mapping out a content production plan that will help fill the lead funnel, nurture prospects to close, and enable customers to get the most out of AdRoll’s service. We are looking for a strong and dynamic writer who thrives in a fast-pace environment.

The Marketing team at AdRoll focuses on tying effort to results. In this role, you will be responsible for setting lead generation targets and executing against them alongside our marketing campaign managers and digital marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creative and analytical strength in a highly visible way.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive AdRoll’s content strategy, mapping what is needed for demand generation, sales enablement, and thought leadership purposes

  • Map all content needs against the customer lifecycle - identifying and filling gaps

  • Plan and execute whitepapers, webinars, infographics, blogs, videos, etc. to engage the target audience

  • Produce content in support of seasonal marketing campaigns, partnering with marketing initiatives and PR strategy

  • Set quarterly critical metrics and track progress using qualitative and quantitative data

  • Partner with research vendors on the creation of content that positions AdRoll as a thought leader in the MarTech space

  • Write creative briefs and direct content asset production; author and execute content as needed

  • Repurpose existing content and package it into alternative forms, extending the promotional life of resource-intensive content creation efforts

  • Collaborate with data scientists and graphic artists to craft compelling visual representations of our data and reports that convey AdRoll's industry expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ yrs relevant marketing experience

  • Excellent storyteller, writer, and editorialist

  • Proven track record of ROI-positive content marketing results

  • Familiar with setting aggressive KPIs and analyzing data to measure success

  • You have a bias to speed but are detail-oriented

  • Positive attitude and a great sense of humor

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus

  • People management experience a plus
