Recruiting Coordinator

We have a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone to join our People & Culture Team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This position is located in San Francisco, and reports to the VP, People & Culture. In this role, you will be joining a recruitment team that has worked together to support the enormous growth of Omada Health over the last few years.

Your Impact:

  • Arrange all details pertaining to a candidate’s experience from application to start date - schedule interviews (including video/telephone interviews), secure conference rooms, help with travel
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience via prompt and personal communications
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to move candidates expeditiously through the process and communicate their status
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Strategize with wonderful Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters to refine recruiting processes
  • Screen candidates and assist on other projects as needed

You Will Be Successful If You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar coordination role
  • Time spent in a high-demand environment
  • Experience managing sensitive information, handling it with discretion and confidentiality
  • A prompt, punctual, and responsive style
  • Flexibility and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Bonus points: Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse)
