To help fuel and manage this growth, we are building a world-class Sales Operations team in New York City and Palo Alto, and are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to set priorities, lead operational improvement projects, identify areas of improvement and help our executives make data-driven decisions.
MongoDB is seeking a highly quantitative, driven, detail oriented and creative Senior Sales Operations Analyst, reporting directly to our VP of Sales Operations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about software and technology, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects.
This is a full-time position located in our New York City or Palo Alto, CA offices.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for the analytical aspects of key business decisions, including go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, process improvement, metrics and dashboards.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is expected to make significant contributions to the success of MongoDB by enabling executives and global sales leaders to make better business decisions and will work closely with them to evaluate, plan, execute and measure strategic business initiatives. Given the strategic and operational nature of the role, the director will work closely with the Global Sales Leaders, VP of Sales Operations, CRO, CFO, CEO and other members of the executive team.
This position requires a driven self-starter who is able to work with senior leadership comfortably, takes tasks from start to finish and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Advanced Excel a must; Salesforce.com and business intelligence experience a plus
