Genscape is seeking an organized, detailed-oriented, and motivated person responsible for maintaining accuracy of customer and subscription information to the sales and finance staff.
In this role, and as part of the North American Business unit, you will participate in activities that directly correlate to Genscape’s operational and financial goals. This will include reconciliation of subscription data, sales and finance internal metrics reporting, and other duties as assigned. Close work with the Sales teams, Finance team, and Product teams will be required.
You will have responsibility for subscription entitlement and contract services. This involves daily use of Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce.com and internal user management systems. We are looking for new ideas, creativity, and diligence as we develop new reporting capabilities and processes across these systems. Communication and coordination across many departments and systems will be important.
