The Accounts Receivable Billing and Collections Analyst will be responsible for billings, collections and maintenance of the accounts receivable cash application. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have attention to detail and have the ability to learn quickly. The Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections Analyst will be based out of our San Francisco office and will report to the Controller. 


  • Collect payments from companies all over the world with a high degree of accuracy, this includes timely and accurate processing of weekly invoices, and reconciling payment system accounts as needed.
  • Generate reports that outline all collections in detail on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Research and perform credit reviews for all new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with organizations we collect money from.
  • Assist with A/R reconciliation of month end close of AR ledger.
  • Reviews and monitors A/R Aging Reports and sends statements and copies of unpaid invoices to customers.
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries. Research unpaid or disputed amounts and work with Sales and Finance to resolve customer issues and correct billing errors.
  • Report and maintain strict collection schedules and deadlines.
  • Generate reports and document any issues involving our clients, notify the rest of the team of any unusual or out of place activity.
  • Diagnose, improve and fix any issues with our current collections processes.


  • At least 3-5 years of accounts receivable collections experience.
  • Prior NetSuite experience.
  • Excel skills (Pivot Table, vLook-up, etc.) and Google Sheets knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Exemplary organization and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
  • BA preferred but not required.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Start-up experience a big plus!
