Head of Growth Marketing

AdRoll is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead a team of technical marketers and also be an evangelist for data driven marketing both inside and outside of the company.

At AdRoll, Growth Marketing focuses on driving incremental revenue and lifecycle efficiency across both our self service and managed customers. You’ll be responsible for experiments that optimize the entire customer journey, from A/B tests on landing pages, to creating new welcome drip emails, or leveraging entirely new marketing tools that integrate with our marketing stack.

This high impact position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and has the opportunity to not only further increase the awareness of data driven marketing within AdRoll, but also speaking and being an evangelist of Growth Marketing at conferences around the world.   • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of technical marketers and developers

  • Ensure that your team are working and delivering on the highest impact areas

  • Create a vision and strategy for Growth Marketing within AdRoll

  • Work cross functionally with Marketing leadership to ensure marketing execution is utilising data and technical expertise to their fullest

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that products are being used to their maximum potential

  • Be responsible for the team that maintains and innovates around the marketing site


  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • BA/BS Degree or applicable experience  

  • 4+ years working in a technical marketing role

  • Experience with tools like Segment, Appcues and Customer.IO

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
