OUR CULTURE

Oakbrook is an exciting place to work. We are a creative group of people who are always thinking about how to make things better and are also small and nimble enough to put our ideas into action.

We are ethical without being preachy. While we want to do the right thing, we know that people who borrow money are adults and, given the right tools and information, can make good decisions for themselves.

Oakbrook is a place where individual achievement is noticed and recognised, but we all succeed or fail together. Everyone is committed to working hard and making finance better, but we have our own passions: cyclists, beekeepers, mums, dads, rugby players, boxers, dachshund fanciers, gym fanatics, cake bakers and ballerinas all work together at Oakbrook.
