About the role

You will enjoy connecting with our existing client base of tradies and converting them from a month to month set up to a longer term better value plan.  You will be joining an energetic sales team of 16, led by an inspiring manager who fosters a culture of fun, great banter and high achievement.  That means job satisfaction, recognition and great monetary rewards for you!  This team is breaking records and riding on the crest of a wave.   • High volume of outbound calls
  • up-selling existing clientsIdentifying and advising on the best solution for each client
  • Maintaining a high conversion rate through effective objection handling
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products
  • Educating clients on the product and how to get maximum value from their advertising
  • Securing payment for products upfront
  • Dealing with cancellations if within the cooling off period

Skills and Experience

You will be genuine - the real deal.  The hunter of the pack who thrives on the chase. 

  • 2+ years of sales experience, specifically Solution Selling
  • Your exceptional sales skills will be coupled with a strong sense of customer service
  • High energy and resilience
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Strong time management and administration skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and previous online experience highly regarded
  • You will be thick-skinned, resolute and resilient who also enjoys a laugh
