About the role
Reserve is looking for a full-time position based in New York City. Your focus will be the Onboarding and Support for the Eastern Region of the United States including NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. You will be responsible for setting up and implementing the Reserve system in remote and local businesses, establishing protocols and timelines and working with our Customer Success team to ensure a clean and successful introduction to the Reserve product line.
The right candidate has deep relationships in and understanding of restaurant operations and restaurant software. You love making processes more efficient and have excellent organizational skills. You are detail-oriented and an excellent communicator. You are a good manager, capable of working well with a team to understand client issues and develop appropriate responses/solutions. You are great multitasker who can easily juggle multiple tasks without a reduction in quality or execution. You’re capable of quickly building rapport and establishing trust. You display a willingness to make decisions in a timely fashion, exhibiting sound and accurate judgment, with an ability to support and explain reasoning for those decisions. You are capable of adjusting your strategies to achieve desired results, then share those results with the organization.
