The Director, Operations Support will play an important role in reviewing and implementing technologies that improve contact center operations. If you're an expert in contact center technologies and you have a passion for building a world class support team this role could be for you! You will work collaboratively with the Member Support team and key engineering and product management personnel to ensure that all projects benefit from and incorporate the initiatives driven by these teams.
