Shopkick is looking for a User Lifecycle Manager to join our User Growth team. This person will lead segmentation analysis and build communication strategies to ensure we are messaging to our users at key moments in their lifecycle. You’ll develop and execute our engagement strategy across our direct touch-points including in-app messaging, push notifications, digital retargeting, email, SMS and other offline channels. The User Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for understanding the user lifecycle and define and execute engagement strategies with the goal of activating and retaining users. The User Lifecycle & Retention Manager work cross functionally with growth, product, design and marketing to establish a consistent brand voice and ensure company goals are met. To succeed in this role you will need the following: strong customer empathy, can-do attitude, data driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven culture.
