TUNE is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will be the go-to for leading our Sales Operations team in process and data auditing, implementation and ongoing enhancements of our customer relationship management (CRM) solution (Salesforce). As our Sales Operations Analyst, you should have a deep understanding of SaaS sales and business processes. You will have a passion for defining requirements and translating them into technical specifications, accurately estimating scope/effort of development, and excel at partnering with teams cross functionally to deliver flawless functionality.
