We are looking for a Software Support Engineer  to provide deep technical assistance and leadership for our TUNE Marketing Console product. You'll work hand-in-hand with our most important clients; assist our support engineering team on complex issues including problematic API calls, HTML pixel tracking, PHP scripting; and lend a hand with front-line support work when the team needs your help. You’ll be an escalation point for our support team, helping to expedite the resolution of escalated support requests, and cool as Fonzie under pressure!
