The role… Real Estate Facility Management in our new Real Estate Team

To become best in class in the Global Telco Market, Vimpelcom is reviewing its real estate portfolio and is building a new team to optimize their assets. For this team we are currently hiring the core-team for Real Estate and we look for a seasoned Facility Management Expert for one of our three hubs.

The core of the job is:
To proactively support and deliver facilities services within a geographically dispersed portfolio with a particular focus upon service optimization. The portfolio mainly comprising of HQ campuses, admin buildings, call centers, Retail Stores and other facilities throughout the portfolio. These require service strategies that continually develop at the edge of local marketplace capability.
The role will focus upon the formulation and delivery of FM Global/Regional Strategy Initiatives, with performance measurement standards and savings target realization at the forefront of this roles key delivery objectives. In addition to the strategic planning aspect of this position, it is expected that the delivered services will produce best practice and continuous improvement, also aligning closely with customer needs.
This role forms part of an integrated Group Real Estate team, primarily supporting the Regional FM Managers in the delivery of FM services. Working closely with, this is a challenging and multi-cultural role.
This role is also line manager to a number of Regional Facilities Managers and therefore proactive coaching, guidance and performance management is key to the success of the team.
