Store Perfomance Improvement Manager

“Store performance improvement manager” will lead functions of project management  within the Monobrand CoE,
His/her responsibility will be to:
 
-      Lead  country specific project with monobrand strategy and store operation improvement
-      Stakeholder management (CEO, CCO)
-      Collect data and analysis telco retail: operational processes, efficiency, growth points
-      Develop recommendation to improve store commercial KPI and organize project processes
-      Prepare project documentation included presentation for high-level meeting (CEO, CCO, stakeholder)
-      Communicate Group requirements and Best practices to OpCos, ensure OpCos develop their capabilities in own stores/dealer/franchise development /management
-      Work with IT and other CoE functions, and OpCos (e.g. Real Estate, Finance) to implement pilots and project
 
Store performance improvement manager is ultimately accountable for store commercial KPIs (gross adds, revenue generation, store EBITDA, NPS)

Qualifications:
•             5-8 years of previous work experience relevant to Telecom retail store operations (e.g. telecom retail, consumer electronics retail, oil and gas retail)
•             Extensive business knowledge of retail management within telco and/or relevant retail operations
•             Extensive experience in project management (PMI PMBOK is a plus)
•             Ex-consultant with similar experience should also apply
•             Extensive business knowledge and professional interest in Telecom Retail
•             Experience in a managerial/team leadership role
•             Experience in working in an international company
•             Deep understanding of retail operations trends within Telecom industry and broader retail landscape
•             Experience in value realization, ROI and program prioritization
•             Experience in leading high profile projects with changing requirements and limited resources
•             Proficient in drives decisions based on facts and figures
•             Master degree in Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics or other related disciplines is advantageous. Additional relevant specialization or training is a plus
•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian, other languages are a plus (Italian, Ukrainian, French)
