We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist with experience in tech support, customer relationship management and consultative sales. Additionally, strong computer and communication skills along with a passion for mobile technology are a great benefit.
Our customer engagement specialists are tasked with performing consultative sales, merchant success and providing product support for merchants and consumers. We provide merchant support for everything from developing custom loyalty solutions, to arranging merchant training, coordinating in-store marketing and providing ongoing mid-level tech support. Occasionally, team members may also be called upon to provide operational support within our organization. You will be working with and managing information in several different CRM and database systems as well as communicating with merchants via phone, email and online chat.
