What the role and responsibilities look like:

Each day, our instructors combine live-code lectures with hands on lab time to collaborate with students working on assignments During the weeks between cohorts you’re encouraged to take some well-deserved time off, work on freelance and open-source projects, help your local campus grow through community outreach events, and interview potential students for future classes.

We strive to ensure you have the support you need. During the onboarding process, we’ll help you prepare for your course. We’ll give you access to curriculum that works and the space to customize the curriculum to emphasis your strengths and incorporate your experiences. Your mentor instructor and local campus will help you learn the science of teaching and the unique skills required to teach adults.
