Marketing Operations Assistant: Quality Control

The team is growing quickly and looking to add a Marketing Operations Assistant team member! This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys investigating processes and shedding light upon what is currently happening from an operational standpoint. This individual would have a great desire to find opportunities to improve the business as well as customer experience.

Think of this role as a full-time, internal “secret shopper,” where you will be in charge of testing all parts of our customer-facing and internal processes. This includes submitting requests for information on the website, listening to conversations with the call center and sales teams, and making sure all the critical pieces of the follow-up process are occurring.

We are looking for someone that is extremely detailed oriented, has a quality and process mindset, and the ability to adjust to the dynamic needs of a growing business. The Marketing Operations Assistant will have a constant eye on monitoring performance KPIs as well as identifying and investigating any deviations. The team member will also benchmark other businesses and provide suggestions for us to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews existing processes and metrics and identifies deviations in performance
  • Plans, conducts, and monitors internal audits
  • Prepares reports through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations for corrections and/or improvements.
  • Clearly articulates findings and roadblocks
  • Builds strong working relationships with individuals across the entire business
  • Drives continuous improvement and implementation of best practices
