Copywriting + Marketing Intern

Copia is looking for an awesome copywriter, storyteller, editor, and content curator with marketing experience who can deliver rich, brand-building content to support our products, services, and thought leadership initiatives. We’re on the hunt for a wordsmith who can craft focused messaging intended for a global audience, and bring wittiness to social media campaigns, creativity to product descriptions, and conviction to case studies, blog posts, press releases, and white papers. We want someone whose writing style mixes editorial efficiency with a bold flair for inspiring and motivating immediate action.


This position offers a terrific opportunity for a professional in the early stages of her/his career to assume important responsibilities that play to their existing strengths while also providing an environment in which new skill development will be encouraged and nurtured.


Job responsibilities:

  • Write and edit copy for all marketing purposes (case studies, blog posts, white papers, emails, and e-newsletters), as well as communications about company products, events, industry news, etc.
  • Work closely with CEO, subject matter experts and customers to develop compelling messages and content that enhances our brand voice and connects us to both current and potential customers and a global audience
  • Research relevant industry, product, and partnership topics to extend Copia's reach as an industry solution and a prominent brand
  • Manage social media and public relations efforts (write posts for social media channels and press releases, monitors activity, encourages dynamic discussions, etc.)
  • Write and edit promotional copy, emails, website, and other materials
  • Maintain, enforce, and help update corporate style guide, as well as voice and tone standards
  • Ensure branding standards are consistent and maintained across all media
