Crowdcube are looking for a smart, engaged and passionate digital marketing executive to join our fast paced and dynamic marketing department. We are looking for a confident, articulate individual who through a supportive and collaborative approach is willing to own, develop and maximise the impact of our paid search campaign management and optimisation.

Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for the day to day running and optimisation of all our Paid Search activity. You will be using data to optimise, analyse and drive efficiency savings whilst also delivering scalable acquisition and engagement volumes. ROI, contribution to conversion and data driven attribution will all be central to daily changes. You will also be involved in further campaign development within the Facebook and Twitter paid advertising environments. Duties will include:

  • Management of our Doubleclick platform and bid management strategies day to day.
  • Running, optimising and managing the Crowdcube Adwords and Bing platforms.
  • Reporting, analysing and planning acquisition and engagement volume while reducing CPCs.
  • Working with the head of digital marketing to manage the entire funnel, including Paid and Organic Social, Organic Search, Display and Referrals.
  • Developing and building new campaigns for up and coming pitches.
  • Using advanced data reporting and attribution modelling to better tailor our campaigns for our user acquisition and path to conversion.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team on content strategy, engagement investor relations and product development.
  • Adwords, DoubleClick and Bing qualified
  • SQL or VBA skills are always a bonus
  • Attribution modelling experience
