So what exactly will YOU be doing?

Your role as Event Operations Specialist is to be the face of EventsTag onsite at client activations and will be comprised both operational and brand ambassador duties made up of the following core responsibilities:

  • Configuring EventsTag solutions at events using a diverse set of technologies ranging from Instagram printing kiosks to green screen photo capture stations
  • Engaging event patrons to interact with photo marketing activations in a manner that drives participation and conversion of posting of user generated content to their social media accounts
  • Organize feedback from clients and users to improve upon the existing offerings and generate new ideas for future successful activations
  • Develop reports on event activation metrics and deliver them back to the larger team for sharing with brand and agency stakeholders
  • You should be an attentive problem solver who finds creative solutions to potential issues before they occur
  • You should have a team player attitude with a willingness to help out with all aspects of the organization
  • You should have a high standard for customer service
  • You should have an interest in social media and/or events
  • We hope you have 1-3 years of previous Brand Ambassador experience
  • We hope you are proficient with Adobe Photoshop
  • We hope you have an understanding of experiential marketing and social media
  • We hope you have an understanding of project and event management
  • We hope you have a valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle
