Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Launched in 2014, Peak is a brain training app developed with the help of neuroscientists that offers fun and challenging games to help improve and assess cognitive skills. Peak is based in central London and was founded by entrepreneurs from Google, Amazon, Playfish/EA and academia with a mission to revolutionise education through mobile, games and science.

We were named one of the “Best Apps Of the Year” by Apple in 24 countries and we’re a Google Play “Editors’ Choice” App. We recently raised $10 million in VC funding, in part from Spotify-backers Creandum, and currently have millions of users around the world playing our games.

We’re looking for someone who is smart, empathetic and helpful to join our online support team. You will be able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to our large community of passionate users. Be able to use your best judgement and collaborate with the rest of the Peak team to figure out how to make the customer happy.


  • To provide excellent customer support to Peak customers
  • Working alongside the QA team to help squash player-reported bugs
  • To frequently advise the company for translation

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in Customer Service
  • General technical proficiency & internet savviness preferred
  • Passion for mobile games, education and science
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a mastery in multi-tasking
  • Previous experience in online customer service is desirable but not essential
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Additional language skills preferable
