Analyst, Global Relation & Sales - FinTech Startup

We are seeking a Analyst, Global Relation & Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role is essentially a start-up within a start-up. Position can be based out of New York or San Francisco.


The Analyst, Global Relation & Sales will be the inaugural member of our sales force and therefore

will be responsible for designing and setting the sales strategy and development including directly outreaching to prospective clients. We are seeking an individual who can work autonomously in a fast-paced, challenging environment.


Seeking a go-getter that can take ownership of our sales functions and continuously evaluate how we can improve and increase business. Some of the products/services that you will be selling include retained/contingent search services, sponsored job postings, sponsorship event ads, and/or subscription services.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Management, Finance, and Human Resource leaders. Derive insights from our customer data, utilize our CRM database systems to keep track of leads and determine sales forecasts and hiring trends.


Excellent communication skills are a must! You will be directly calling on and emailing institutional investors in a professional manner. We are seeking an individual with high energy that does not easily discourage. Sales is a challenge in itself. Sales in a start-up is even more challenging. Uncapped earnings - the more you sell the more you make.


Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 2+ years of B2B executive search, recruitment, account management or sponsorship sales experience

Proven track record of success

Comfortable with performing cold calls and delivering professional presentations

Understanding of how to navigate through complex organizations

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Previous experience utilizing CRM database systems to keep track of leads.

Ability to build rapport with High Level Investment & HR professionals

Hunter Mentality that does not discourage easily

Working in a quota carrying role


Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission and stock options.
