As Customer Success & Business Development Intern you will be responsible for:
You will be the one who will be standardizing our customer success processes, like cross-selling, feedback strategy implementation and firefighting. Also, you will be managing our University Ambassador program.
Customer Success tasks (70% of your time) include:
Create, test and standardize B2C customer service processes
Make sure our B2C customers learn about all our available products
Keep up our B2C customers satisfaction rate
Create partnerships with strategic partners
Be a 100mentors ambassador!
On the Business Development part (30%) of your assignment you will:
Work closely with our BD team to maintain & develop relationships with our university audiences & companies.
Manage the University Ambassador program & co-organise on-campus events
Create and implement processes to attract prospective B2B clients
Work as the contact-person for partner-companies/organisations
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
A responsible and organised individual
Someone with good taste and a mind for quality
A person with natural empathy and the ability to understand other people's needs
Comfortable with numbers, schedules, budgets and deadlines
Someone who can be trusted to handle communications on behalf of executives reliably and discreetly
