As Customer Success & Business Development Intern you will be responsible for:
You will be the one who will be standardizing our customer success processes, like cross-selling, feedback strategy implementation and firefighting. Also, you will be managing our University Ambassador program.
Customer Success tasks (70% of your time) include:
Create, test and standardize B2C customer service processesMake sure our B2C customers learn about all our available productsKeep up our B2C customers satisfaction rateCreate partnerships with strategic partnersBe a 100mentors ambassador!
On the Business Development part (30%) of your assignment you will:
Work closely with our BD team to maintain & develop relationships with our university audiences & companies.Manage the University Ambassador program & co-organise on-campus eventsCreate and implement processes to attract prospective B2B clientsWork as the contact-person for partner-companies/organisationsProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportA responsible and organised individualSomeone with good taste and a mind for qualityA person with natural empathy and the ability to understand other people's needsComfortable with numbers, schedules, budgets and deadlinesSomeone who can be trusted to handle communications on behalf of executives reliably and discreetlySomeone who can demonstrate the above attributes through personal assignment/project/internship or entry level job examples
