About the position
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader to join our fast-growing global sales team. The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding our reach in Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Fiji through strategic distribution partners. The GPM will identify potential partners and cultivate relationships with decisions makers and manage field teams to ultimately generate sales and value-creating partnerships.
The Global Partnerships Manager will navigate political and hierarchical structure within the potential partner organization, establishing him/herself as a trusted advisor to multiple functions at multiple levels. As potential customers and partners move towards execution, the GPM will manage company-client interactions and act as a planner- developing a timeline and progressing through it with the client, anticipating potential stumbling blocks and addressing them swiftly.
The Global Partnerships Manager works as an entrepreneur, determining company objectives and customer priorities and applying strategic initiative to achieve common goals. While the GPM will steer the strategic elements of the partnership, he/she will be required to manage remotely located field teams and interact effectively with internal marketing, production and logistics functions to meet partner needs.
The Global Partnerships Manager will also represent the company at various events to increase the pipeline of partners, and engage with them to understand their organization's needs and assess value for everyone involved, often including large corporates, distributors, retailers, NGOs among others.
