General Description

We are seeking a buy side data analyst to help us transform advertising analysis through improved and new metrics.  This role will have a direct impact to the advertising industry by developing and improving unique metrics that will help customers optimize their advertising plans in ways not possible before.  The role will also be a key consultant to the product team, providing feedback on product features and designs and acting as the resident industry expert for advertisers. 

Primary Job Functions

  • Lead client engagements and deliver integrated insights and analyses for use in TVision's products
  • Gather feedback from clients and industry experts and share it with product team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to perform analysis on special events for use in major publications, sales & marketing collateral
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to discover new and interesting insights derived from our data
  • Provide insights to client inquiries and deliver high level of service


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an insights/research position at an advertiser or an agency. Alternatively, 2+ years of experience in brand management position at an advertiser
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, Spotfire
  • Strong presentation skills, attention to detail and communication abilities
  • Passion for unique datasets and analyzing consumer behavior


Communication and Culture

  • Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Collaborative with a passion for media research and data analysis
  • Strong sense of project ownership and personal responsibility


Employment period

Full-time, starting immediately is preferred. Will be based in Boston with some travel to New York and other cities
