Area Business Manager

 Manage the P/L end to end for a micro market
 Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team to ensure meeting of the URN targets
 Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience
 Building Sustainable demand channels from a long-term perspective
 Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues
 Build a highly engaged and energetic team strive for success
 Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies


 Qualification – Graduation/Post Graduation from a premier institute

 3-5 years of work experience in extensive work environment
 Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
 Focused and possess sales mindset
 Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
 Ability to get things done and influence others
 Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude
 Demonstrates high ethical values
