 Job Title: Partners Billing and Payments Administrator 

Department: Finance

Reporting to: Partner Invoicing and Payments Team Leader

Contract/ Permanent : Permanent

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

The Partner Billing and Payments Administrator will be responsible for managing the financial transactions linked to the “redemption to payment” processes (from invoicing creation up to payment processing).

Key responsibilities :

  • Preparing the Partners invoicing and payment batches according to the different schedules and in line with internal processes
  • Maintain and perform controls of invoicing data to pre-empt issues and potential delays
  • Ensure delivery of the invoices to the Partners within agreed SLA
  • Handle queries and requests from internal customers (partner administration and account managers)
  • Produce and maintain monthly KPIs reports and analysis

Essential Competencies/ skills :

  • 3 years experience in a shared service environment
  • Fluent English & any other European language (preferably French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch…)
  • Adaptability and flexibility as  the department is changing ERP
  • Numeracy skills (accounting basis is a plus)
  • Proactive and solution oriented mind set
  • Good IT skills with advanced excel
  • Team player
  • Customer focus (internal and external)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
